摘要: 目的:探讨普罗布考对高血压患者血清血红素氧合酶1(HO-1)水平的影响和意义。方法:筛选40例原发性高血压患者,随机分为两组,分别接受以下药物治疗:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2.5mg/d+贝那普利10mg/d(对照组,20例),苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2.5mg/d+贝那普利10mg/d+普罗布考组500mg/d(实验组,20例);同时入选健康体检者作为健康组(20例),随访4周。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清中HO-1的水平,观察比较3组血压、血脂和肝肾功能。结果:实验组和对照组血清HO-1水平明显高于健康组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,实验组TC、LDL-C及HDL-C明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后实验组及对照组血清HO-1水平下降,实验组下降更明显。结论:高血压患者血清HO-1水平显著升高,而普罗布考治疗可以改善高血压患者氧化应激状态,下调其血清HO-1水平,更有助于血压控制。Abstract: Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of probucol on serum heme oxygenase-1(HO-1) in patients with primary hypertension. Method:A randomized study was performed on 40 patients with hypertension.The patients were randomly divided into control group(levamlodipine besylate 2.5 mg/d and benazepril 10 mg/d,n=20) or probucol group(levamlodipine besylate 2.5 mg/d and benazepril 10 mg/d and probucol 500 mg/d,n=20).And 20 healthy people were enrolled in the study.All subjects were followed up for 4 weeks.The levels of serum HO-1 were detected by ELISA method and other indexes including blood pressure,lipids and hepatic/renal function were measured after 4 weeks. Result:The levels of serum HO-1 in hypertension patients were higher than healthy people.Compared with control group,the levels of TC,LDL-C and HDL-C were lower in probucol group.The HO-1 levels in control and probucol group all decreased,the latter decreased more obviously. Conclusion:Hypertension patients have an increased levels of serum HO-1.The treatment of probucol can improve oxidative stress in hypertension patients and reduced serum HO-1 levels,which contributed to more antihypertensive effects.
