New classification of ventricular arrhythemias in the absence of structural heart disease

摘要: 无结构性心脏病室性心律失常(VA)是指在心脏结构正常且无短暂或可逆的致心律失常因素的情况下发生的VA。新近将无结构性心脏病的VA分为无生命威胁的VA和有生命威胁的VA两大类。本文将在阐述其机制的基础上对分类进行讨论。Abstract: Ventricular arrhythemias(VA)in patients with structurally normal hearts refers to VA that occurs in the absence of significant structural heart disease or transient or reversible arrhythmogenic factors.Recently,VA in patients with structurally normal hearts has been classified into two categories including non-lifethreatening monomorphic and life-threatening polymorphic rhythms.This commentary will summarize the current understanding of this constellation of conditions on the basis of electrophysiological mechanisms.
