Short-term effect of enhanced external counterpalsation on NT-proBNP in patients with coronary heart disease

  • 目的:观察增强型体外反搏(EECP)对冠心病患者血浆中氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的短期影响。方法:动态观察64例冠心病患者在EECP前、EECP后1h及EECP后24h的血压、心率、NT-proBNP变化。结果:与EECP前和EECP后24h比较,EECP后1h患者舒张压、NT-proBNP明显增加(均P<0.05),而心率、收缩压差异无统计学意义。结论:EECP治疗可导致冠心病患者短暂的NT-proBNP增加,而24h后可回落至基线水平,故冠心病患者作EECP时应监测其血流动力学的即刻效应,避免心力衰竭加重可能。
