摘要: 目的:评价使用主动固定电极在右心室流出道间隔部起搏的可行性、安全性和稳定性。方法:回顾性分析入选的230例右心室流出道间隔部起搏患者资料。结果:230例患者心室电极均在右室间隔部成功置入主动固定电极, 其中美敦力NOVUS 5076 208例, 圣尤达TENDRILDX 1388T 22例, 置入时间平均 (4.12±3.28) min, 电极固定即刻QRS波时间平均 (0.14±0.04) s, 起搏阈值平均 (0.87±0.14) V, 起搏阻抗平均 (690.6±46.7) Ω, 电极固定15min以后QRS波时间平均 (0.14±0.05) s, 起搏阈值平均 (0.62±0.19) V, 起搏阻抗平均 (656.8±45.8) Ω, 与即刻比较均无显著差异。无电极移位发生。结论:右室流出道间隔部起搏具有良好的可行性、安全性和稳定性。

Abstract: Objective:To share experience in the placement of active lead in right ventricular septum pacing. Method:All 230 patients underwent the right ventricular septum pacing with active fixation leads were enrolled. Result:The ventricular electrode of all the 230patients had active fixation leads and had been planted successfully. Two hundred and eight patients used Medtronic NOVUS 5076 and 22 patients used St.Jude Medical TENDRILDX 1388T.The mean implantation time was (4.12±3.28) min.The immediate mean QRS time after electrode fixation was (0.14±0.04) s, mean pacing threshold was (0.87±0.14) V, mean pacing impedance was (690.6±46.7) Ω.After 15 minuts of electrode fixation, mean QRS time was (0.14±0.05) s, mean pacing threshold was (0.62±0.19) V, and mean pacing impedance was (656.8±45.8) Ω.There were no significant differences compared with the immediate and subsequent results.There was no electrode dislodgement.Conclusion:The usage of active fixation leads in patients with ventricular septum pacing is feasible, safe and well fixable.
