New drugs of RAS in the treatment of hypertension

  • 高血压是严重危害人类健康的慢性心血管疾病。目前中国成人高血压患病人数为2.7亿。高血压需要长期甚至终生治疗,尽管高血压药物的种类较多且效果明确,但治疗现状仍不容乐观。针对高血压治疗及控制的不足,需要继续探索新型的降压药物及技术,这对改变高血压的治疗现状、降低心脑血管病的患病率和病死率具有重要意义。本文将重点阐述近些年针对RAS新轴血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)-血管紧张素(Ang)(1-7)-MasR轴的药物及高血压疫苗的研究进展。
