摘要: 高血压是严重危害人类健康的慢性心血管疾病。目前中国成人高血压患病人数为2.7亿。高血压需要长期甚至终生治疗,尽管高血压药物的种类较多且效果明确,但治疗现状仍不容乐观。针对高血压治疗及控制的不足,需要继续探索新型的降压药物及技术,这对改变高血压的治疗现状、降低心脑血管病的患病率和病死率具有重要意义。本文将重点阐述近些年针对RAS新轴血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)-血管紧张素(Ang)(1-7)-MasR轴的药物及高血压疫苗的研究进展。Abstract: Hypertension is a chronic cardiovascular disease, constituting a serious hazard to human health. At present, there is 270 million patients with high blood pressure in China, and the current situation of treatment is not optimistic. Aiming at the shortcomings of hypertension treatment and control, it's necessary to further explore new hypertension drugs and technology. These drugs will be beneficial to improve treatment compliance and the control rate of hypertension, and reduce the morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease and stroke. This review will focus on the research progress of new drugs in ACE2-Ang(1-7)-MasR axis and hypertension vaccine in recent years.
