Plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine between Kazak and Uyghu postmenopausal period women patients with essential hypertention in Xin Jiang

摘要: 目的:通过比较新疆哈萨克族、维吾尔族绝经后期女性原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆非对称二甲基精氨酸(ADMA)水平差异,进一步探讨ADMA与EH的相关性。方法:选择哈萨克族绝经后期女性EH患者71例及维吾尔族患者68例作为病例组,以56例哈萨克族绝经后期健康女性及同等条件50例维吾尔族女性作为对照组,采用反相高效液相色潽法(RP-HPLC)分别检测两民族病例组及对照组人群血浆中ADMA水平,同时检测血脂、血糖,果糖胺等生化指标,相关性分析采用双变量相关性分析。结果:与各自对照组比较,两民族病例组血浆ADMA水平:病例组[哈萨克族:(0.37±0.05)μg/ml;维吾尔族:(0.39±0.08) μg/ml];对照组[哈萨克族(0.30±0.02) μg/ml;维吾尔族(0.29±0.11) μg/ml],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),两民族绝经后女性高血压患者血浆ADMA水平高于各自对照组。经双变量相关分析发现绝经后期女性高血压患者血浆ADMA水平与血压水平呈正相关,哈萨克族(r=0.672, P<0.01),维吾尔族族(r=0.732, P<0.01)。结论:两民族绝经后期女性高血压患者血浆ADMA水平高于绝经后健康女性,其ADMA水平与血压水平呈正相关,ADMA可能参与了EH的发生及发展。Abstract: Objective: To compare the difference of plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine levels between Kazak and Uyghu postmenopausal period women patients with essential hypertention in Xin Jiang , and to explore the correlation between plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine and essential hypertension. Method: The 71 kazak and 68 Uyghu postmenopausal period women patients with Hypertension were picked out randomly to form test groups, 56 Kazak and 50 Uyghu postmenopausal period healthy women were picked out as control groups. Plasma asymmetric dimethylarginine was measured by High performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).Meanwhile bloodlipids, blood glucose and fructosamine were measured. Correlation analysis used Bivariate correlation analysis. Result: Compared with control groups, two nationalities test group's ADMA levels were increased significantly (Kazak 0.30±0.02 ug/ml;Uyghu 0.29±0.11 ug /ml)(P<0.01). There was a positive correlation between the plasma ADMA and blood pressure levels of the postmenopausal period women with essential hypertension in two nationalities, (r=0.672, P<0.01 for Kazak; r=0.732, P<0.01 for Uyghu). Conclusion: Both Kazak and Uyghu postmenopausal period women with essential hypertension had higher levels of ADMA than healthy postmenopausal period women. There was a positive correlation between the plasma levels of ADMA and essential hypertension.
