Relationship between atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmia in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between atrial fibrillation and ventricular arrhythmia in Dilated cardiomyopathy. A retrospective analysis of 183 patients hospitalized with dilated cardiomyopathy in 2011-2015, was divided into atrial fibrillation group and sinus rhythm group. There were significant difference in the occurrence of ventricular tachycardia, however no significant difference of ventricular premature load between atrial fibrillation group and sinus rhythm group.
