Changes of circulating plasma vasostatin-2 levels and its significance in patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension

摘要: 目的:观察未经药物治疗的轻中度原发性高血压患者外周血vasostatin-2(VS-2)水平的变化并阐明其临床意义。方法:采用ELISA方法检测89例原发性高血压患者和76例正常血压对照者空腹外周血VS-2水平并比较其BMI、静息心率等指标。结果:与对照组比较,高血压组患者血浆VS-2水平升高[(0.24±0.04)pg/ml︰(0.32±0.06)pg/ml,P<0.05]。Pearson相关分析显示,平均动脉压及静息心率与VS-2水平呈正相关(r分别为0.301、0.427,均P<0.01),而年龄、BMI、血脂及空腹血糖与VS-2水平无关。多元线性回归分析显示,校正年龄、BMI、血脂、血糖等因素后,平均动脉压及静息心率是血浆VS-2水平的独立影响因子(均P<0.05)。结论:未经治疗的原发性高血压患者外周血VS-2水平升高,提示其拮抗过度激活的交感神经系统,可能在高血压病理状态下发挥心血管保护作用。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the changes of circulating plasma vasostatin-2(VS-2)levels at fasting and the significance of VS-2levels in patients with untreated mild-to-moderate hypertension.Method:Plasma total VS-2levels at fasting were measured by ELISA in eighty-nine patients with untreated mild-to-moderate hypertension and seventy-six controls with normal blood pressure.BMI and heart rate(HR)were detected.Result:VS-2levels were significantly higher in hypertension group compared with control group[(0.24±0.04)pg/ml vs(0.32±0.06)pg/ml,P<0.05).Mean arterial pressure(MAP)and HR were positively correlated with VS-2level(r=0.301,0.427,both P<0.01).Age,BMI,TC,TG and glucose were not correlated with VS-2level.Multiple regression analysis showed that both MAP and HR were independent influence factors of VS-2level(both P<0.05).Conclusion:Circulating plasma VS-2levels increase in patients with untreated mild-to-moderate hypertension,which suggests VS-2might play aprotective role in the pathological status of hypertension by antagonizing the over-activated sympathetic nervous system.-
