Abstract: Two hundred patients with non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)were randomly divided into group A(n=100)and group B(n=100).The decision of antithrombotic therapy was made on the basis of CRUSADE bleeding score(group A)or CRUSADE bleeding score combined with thromboelastography.In the patients with CRUSADE bleeding score>40,the rate of bleeding events in A group was higher than that in B group;While in the patients with CRUSADE bleeding score<40,the rate of major cardiovascular events in A group was higher than that in B group.But there was no difference in the total rate of bleeding events or major cardiovascular events in the two groups.
