  • 随着超声造影剂和各种新超声造影增强技术的不断被研发,心脏超声造影增强已在临床疾病的精确诊疗中起到越来越重要的作用。2014年发布的美国超声心动图协会(ASE)关于超声心动图医师实施心脏超声造影增强检查的指南是对2001年指南及2008年专家共识的更新,其中有诸多亮点。新指南更新了心脏超声造影增强检查的超声仪器设置要点、操作管理流程、适应证及安全性,并详述了右心声学造影增强检查(振荡生理盐水法),对临床具有重要指导作用。
