Abstract: Heart failure is the terminal stage of cardiac insufficiency caused by various heart diseases. In recent years, optimized drug therapy combined with cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) has become the preferred treatment for patients with systolic heart failure. We present a patient with recurrent ventricular tachycardia and ischemic cardiomyopathy treated with CRT-D.
