The comparison of the variability of P-R interval in patients with different degree of chronic heart failure

摘要: 目的:探讨心力衰竭程度与P-R间期变异度的关系。方法:选择2014-08-2016-12在郑州大学第一附属医院住院治疗的缺血性心肌病及非缺血性心肌病的慢性心力衰竭 (CHF) 患者560例, 按NYHA心功能分级分为两组, 第1组为心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者280例, 第2组为心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ级患者280例。选择无心功能不全者300例为对照组。记录入选的860例受检者的24h动态心电图 (Holter), 监测分析3组间24hP-R间期变异度及其差异。结果:对照组、第1组及第2组的24hP-R间期变异度分别为 (51.25±13.82) ms、(25.32±8.08) ms及 (41.77±10.71) ms, 各组间差异均有统计学意义 (均P<0.05)。结论:心力衰竭程度越重, P-R间期变异度越小。Abstract: Objective: To investigate the relationship between the variability of P-R interval and the severity of heart failure.Method: Five hundred and sixty patients with chronic heart failure obtained from August 2014 to December 2016 were divided into Group 1 (NYHA class was Ⅲ or Ⅳ, n=280) and Group 2 (NYHA class was Ⅰ or Ⅱ, n=280).Three hundred volunteers without cardiac insufficiency served as control control.The variabilities of 24-hour P-R interval were collected using Holter and compared among three groups.Result: Variability of 24-hour P-R interval was (51.25±13.82) ms in control group, (25.32±8.08) ms in Group 1 and (41.77±10.71) ms in Group 2.There was statistically significant difference among three groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: The more severe the heart failure, the lower the variability of P-R interval.
