Abstract: Cardiac memory is a unique phenomenon of electrical remodeling characterized by marked diffuse T-wave inversions (TWI) that can be misdiagnosed as myocardial ischemia.Misdiagnosis of cardiac memory can be easily result in unnecessary diagnostic investigations or therapeutic interventions.We report a case of T wave memory after a pacemaker implantation in acute inferior myocardial infarction.
