摘要: 经导管瓣膜治疗术如主动脉瓣置换术、二尖瓣钳夹术及三尖瓣置换术等已逐渐应用。超声心动图在心脏瓣膜病介入治疗前后能进行定性和定量诊断, 具有重要价值。本文综述超声心动图技术在瓣膜病介入治疗中的应用现状与进展, 以便指导临床实践。Abstract: Catheter-based treatment of valvular heart disease, such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) or mitral clip or tricuspid valve replacement, has been increasingly accepted as an option for the past several years.The use of echocardiography is essential for the success of such catheter-based procedures.In this review, we demonstrated that echocardiography has performed in qualitative and quantitative diagnosis before and after intervention of valvular heart disease.
