Pericardial tamponade as the initial symptom in patient with atypical aortic intramural hematoma: a case report

Abstract: This patient presented with chest pain and the final diagnosis was aortic intramural hematoma complicated with acute pericardial tamponade. This case may highlight the importance of differential diagnosis and deepen the understanding of the aortic intramural hematoma for clinicians.
