摘要

摘要: 非阻塞缺血性冠状动脉疾病（INOCA）在临床上非常普遍且临床预后欠佳。目前，INOCA的具体发病机制不明，评估和治疗手段有限。本文总结了INOCA的疾病特点及诊疗进展，有助于临床医生更加准确地甄别和处理INOCA。

Abstract: Ischemia and no obstructive coronary artery disease (INOCA) is very common in clinical practice and has a poor clinical prognosis.At present, the specific pathogenesis of INOCA is unknown, and the methods of assessment and treatment are limited.This article summarizes the characteristics of INOCA and its progress in diagnosis and treatment, which is helpful for clinicians to identify and deal with INOCA more accurately.
