The relationship between soluble ST2 concentration and diastolic heart failure in essential hypertension patients

  • 目的:探讨原发性高血压 (EH) 患者血浆sST2浓度与舒张性心力衰竭 (DHF) 的关系。方法:采用横断面调查研究, 选择2017-06-2017-12在新乡市中心医院就诊的EH患者76例为研究对象, 并分为EH组 (40例) 与DHF组 (EH合并DHF, 36例) 。记录左室质量指数、血浆sST2浓度和N末端脑钠肽前体 (NT-proBNP) 浓度。结果:DHF组患者左室质量指数、sST2浓度和NT-proBNP浓度均明显高于EH组 (均P<0.05) 。sST2预测EH患者发生DHF的ROC曲线下面积为0.81 (95%CI:0.68~0.87) , 高于NT-proBNP的曲线下面积0.74 (95%CI:0.59~0.83) 。Logistic回归分析显示, sST2浓度和NT-proBNP浓度是EH患者发生DHF的独立预测因素。结论:sST2浓度和NT-proBNP浓度对EH患者发生DHF具有良好的辅助诊断价值。
