新疆哈萨克族高血压患者血压水平与T淋巴细胞钙调神经磷酸酶及肿瘤坏死因子α的相关性研究

Correlation among blood pressure level, calcineurin and tumor necrosis factor α in T lymphocyte in Xinjiang Kazakh patients with essential hypertension

  • 目的:研究新疆哈萨克族原发性高血压患者血压水平与外周血T淋巴细胞钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)表达情况的相关性。方法:随机选取2018-01-2019-06在新疆医科大学第一附属医院、达坂城社区保健站和乌鲁木齐市友谊医院就诊的未经降压药物治疗的120例哈萨克族原发性高血压患者,按最新高血压防治指南中高血压分级标准分为高血压1级组、高血压2级组与高血压3级组,另随机选取健康体检者作为对照组。每组40例,男女各20例。采集外周血并使用磁性激活细胞分选法(MACS)分离T淋巴细胞。分别运用实时荧光定量PCR和Western blot检测外周血T淋巴细胞CaN和TNF-αmRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果:与对照组相比,高血压2级组和高血压3级组T淋巴细胞CaN mRNA和蛋白以及TNF-αmRNA表达均提高(均P<0.05),高血压1级组与对照组相比无明显差异。Spearman秩相关性分析和有序多分类Logistic回归结果显示,CaN和TNF-α表达水平与血压水平呈正相关,高血压患者血压水平随着CaN和TNF-α表达增高而增高。结论:新疆哈萨克族原发性高血压患者血压水平随着CaN和TNF-α表达的增高而增高,CaN和TNF-α可能参与高血压发生发展过程。
