Frequency of eating away from home is associated with salt intake:a cross-sectional study of 18 242 population

摘要: 目的:利用时点尿估算法调查体检人群中钠盐摄入量的情况,探讨钠盐摄入量与在外就餐频率及常见慢性病的相关性。方法:入选2017年1月1日-2018年12月31日在我院健康管理科参加年度健康体检并完成钠盐摄入量检查者。组间计量资料比较采用方差分析,计数资料比较采用χ2检验。使用多元线性回归分析钠盐摄入量在不同外出就餐频率组间的变化。结果:本研究共纳入18 242例研究对象,平均年龄(45.83±11.67)岁,男性10 129例(55.52%),平均钠盐摄入量为(8.39±1.84) g/d。高血压和血脂异常人群钠盐摄入量高于非高血压和非血脂异常人群(均P<0.05),但糖尿病人群与非糖尿病人群钠盐摄入量比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.12)。平均每周在外就餐次数<1次、2~3次、4~5次和>5次者钠盐摄入量分别为(8.37±1.84) g/d、(8.49±1.84) g/d、(8.51±1.86) g/d以及(8.53±1.68) g/d(P=0.002)。校正年龄、性别、BMI、高血压病等因素后,在外就餐频率高的人群钠盐摄入量较在外就餐频率低的人多。结论:体检人群平均钠盐摄入量远高于国家建议标准。高血压和血脂异常患者钠盐摄入量高于正常人群。在外就餐频率是影响体检人群钠盐摄入量的重要因素。Abstract: Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the sodium salt intake in the population of physical examination,and to explore the correlation between sodium salt intake and the frequency of eating out,and to analyze the relationship between salt intake and chronic diseases.Method:From January 1,2017 to Dec 31,2018,participants were enrolled in the health management department of Xiangya Third Hospital of Central South University and completed the test of salt intake.Comparison of measurement data between groups was performed by Variance analysis(ANOVA) was used to compare the data between groups,and comparison between count data groups was performed by χ2 test.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to estimate the variation of salt intake among different eating frequency groups.Result:A total of 18,242 subjects were included in this study,with an average age of(45.83±11.67) years old and 10,129 males(55.52%).Among these people,the average sodium salt intake was(8.39±1.84) g/d.Specially,sodium salt intake in hypertensive and hyperlipidemia populations was higher than that in non-hypertensive and non-hyperlipidemia populations(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference in sodium salt intake between diabetic and non-diabetic populations(P=0.12).In addition,the sodium salt intake for people who eat away from home with an average number of <1,2—3,4—5,and >5 times per week was(8.37±1.84) g/d,(8.49±1.84) g/d,(8.51±1.86) g/d and(8.53±1.68) g/d(P=0.002),respectively.Furthermore,multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that the frequency of eating away from home was positively correlated with sodium salt intake after adjusting for common chronic diseases,age,sex,and body mass index.Conclusion:The average intake of sodium salt in the physical examination population is far higher than that recommended by the state.Sodium salt intake in patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia is higher than that in the healthy population.The frequency of eating away from home is an important factor affecting the sodium salt intake of people undergoing physical examination.
