Predictive value of Galectin-3 in the treatment of patients with non-valvular persistent atrial fibrillation after catheter ablation

  • 目的:研究血清Galectin-3(Gal-3)在非瓣膜性持续性心房颤动(nPsAF)患者中的表达水平,探究Gal-3对nPsAF患者射频消融术后临床疗效的预测价值。方法:纳入50例nPsAF并初次行射频消融术的患者作为nPsAF组,52例健康人群作为健康对照组。记录心房颤动患者射频消融术前的一般资料以及血清Gal-3水平。随访1年,判断射频消融术后的复发情况并记录。结果:nPsAF组患者血清Gal-3明显高于健康对照组。在nPsAF组中射频消融术后复发者的血清Gal-3水平较未复发者明显升高。血清Gal-3和左房内径(LAD)是预测nPsAF射频消融术后复发的独立危险因素。结论:血清Gal-3在nPsAF患者中明显升高,且可独立预测nPsAF射频消融术后的复发,联合LAD预测价值更大。
