Abstract: All five patients with de Winter syndrome underwent percutaneous coronary intervention, followed up for 18-24 months, and showed a good prognosis. The characteristics and follow-up data indicate that patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and acute chest pain whose ECG were consistent with de Winter syndrome should be considered as STEMI patients. These features often imply complete or subtotal occlusion of the proximal left anterior descending branch. -
