A new perspective of echocardiography: non-invasive left ventricular pressure-strain loop

  • 无创左室压力-应变环(PSL)是一种定量评价心肌做功的新方法,基于二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STI),将无创测得的左室压力和斑点追踪成像的应变进行拟合,从而构建PSL。与传统的左室射血分数(LVEF)和整体纵向应变(GLS)相比,PSL具有潜在应用价值,是临床评价左室收缩功能的有益补充。本文主要对左室PSL的原理及潜在的临床应用进行综述。
