Progress of left bundle branch area pacing

  • 近年来左束支区域起搏(LBBAP)以其低而稳定的起搏阈值,以及良好的临床获益成为人工心脏起搏的研究热点,LBBAP作为心脏起搏治疗的一种备选方案是可行的,甚至可作为首选方案。本文就LBBAP的解剖基础、起源、电学特征、临床研究及局限性进行综述。
