摘要: 近年来左束支区域起搏(LBBAP)以其低而稳定的起搏阈值,以及良好的临床获益成为人工心脏起搏的研究热点,LBBAP作为心脏起搏治疗的一种备选方案是可行的,甚至可作为首选方案。本文就LBBAP的解剖基础、起源、电学特征、临床研究及局限性进行综述。Abstract: In recent years, left bundle branch area pacing(LBBAP) has become a new research in artificial heart pacing because of its low and stable pacing threshold and good clinical benefits. It is feasible for LBBAP as an alternative to cardiac pacing therapy, or even the first choice. This paper reviews the anatomical basis, origin, electrical characteristics, clinical research and limitations of LBBAP.
