Abstract: Primary cardiac malignant tumor is rare in clinic, mainly including sarcoma, malignant mesothelioma, malignant mesenchyma, lymphoma, etc. Sarcoma is the most common one. From May 2020 to July 2020, two patients with primary cardiac malignant tumor were admitted to our hospital. One of them was completely removed by surgery and recovered well after surgery. The other patient had a poor clinical prognosis due to extensive tumor invasion involving the entire surface of the heart, which could not be surgically resected.
