摘要: 本文主要介绍1例右心房上皮样血管内皮瘤合并肺、脊柱和脑多发转移的病例。其主要是通过病理学和免疫组化来明确诊断。本病预后较差。

Abstract: This article mainly described a case of right atrial epithelioid hemangioendothelioma with multiple metastases in pulmonary, spine and brain. The diagnosis is confirm mainly through pathology and immunohistochemistry. The prognosis of this disease is poor.
