  • 心房颤动(房颤)机制复杂,内科消融治疗房颤复发率高。肺静脉单圈隔离摒弃随心所欲的消融方式,术后窦性心律维持率高。本文对肺静脉单圈隔离的背景、优势和操作要点,并结合本中心的经验作出阐述,以期为房颤手术的临床决策提供指导。
