摘要: Loeffler心内膜炎又被称为嗜酸粒细胞增多性心内膜炎，最早由Loeffler于1932年报道而得名。其诊断标准是外周血嗜酸粒细胞总数高于1.5×109/L，并有心脏受累征象。Loeffler心内膜炎的临床表现一般不典型，有充血性心力衰竭的表现，心脏磁共振检查是非侵入性的金标准诊断方式。Loeffler心内膜炎发病罕见，临床医生应当增强对该病的认识。早期诊断、早期治疗可以明显提高患者生存率。

Abstract: Loeffler endocarditis, also known as eosinophilic endocarditis, was first reported by Loeffler in 1932. The disease often presents with atypical clinical manifestations such as congestive heart failure. The diagnostic criteria include a total number of peripheral blood eosinophils greater than 1.5×109/L and signs of cardiac involvement. Cardiac MRI is considered the non-invasive gold standard for diagnosis. Given the rarity of Loeffler endocarditis, it's crucial for clinicians to enhance their understanding of the disease. Early diagnosis and early treatment can significantly improve the survival rate.-
