Iatrogenic Stanford type A aortic dissection during open heart surgery: two cases report

摘要: 医源性Stanford A型主动脉夹层(iTAAD)在心脏外科手术中非常罕见，是一种非常凶险且致死率非常高的并发症，一旦发生，将会造成严重后果。探讨此并发症的发生原因，为其预防和救治提供参考，具有重要的临床意义。本文报道2例心脏直视术中iTAAD的诊治经过并分析发生iTAAD的原因及处理方式，旨在提高对iTAAD的认识及诊治经验。Abstract: Iatrogenic Stanford type A aortic dissection(iTAAD) is very rare in cardiac surgery. It is a very dangerous and deadly complication. Once it occurs, it may cause a series of serious consequences endangering life. It is of great clinical significance to explore the cause of this complication and provide reference for its prevention and treatment. This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of iTAAD in 2 cases in open heart surgery and analyzes the causes and treatment of iTAAD in order to improve the understanding and experience of iTAAD.
