冠心病合并左心室后壁室壁瘤及二尖瓣关闭不全手术治疗1例

Surgical treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular posterior wall aneurysm and mitral regurgitation: a case report

  • 本文报道1例老年冠心病合并左心室后壁室壁瘤及二尖瓣关闭不全患者的外科治疗过程。患者女,66岁,因憋喘2周收入我院。外院行冠状动脉造影检查示:3支血管病变,建议上级医院行手术治疗。入我院后行心脏彩色超声检查示:节段性室壁运动异常,左心室后壁局部瘤样膨出,考虑室壁瘤形成;二尖瓣反流(大量),建议手术治疗。综合评估后行左心室后壁室壁瘤切除术+体外循环下冠状动脉旁路移植术+二尖瓣成形术。患者手术顺利,病愈出院,术后随访至今,无身体不适。
