  • 目的:探讨血中黏附分子水平及颈动脉斑块性质与不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP) 的关系。方法:对50例稳定型心绞痛 (SAP) 和50例UAP患者, 分别应用颈动脉超声检查颈动脉斑块的性质, 酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA) 检测血清中的可溶性血管细胞黏附因子-1 (sVCAM-1) 和可溶性细胞间黏附因子-1 (sICAM-1) 水平。结果:UAP组颈动脉斑块以脂质斑块为主 (52.1%), SAP组主要为纤维性斑块 (50.9%)。UAP组患者血清中sVCAM-1和sICAM-1均明显增高, 与SAP组比较差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论:UAP与颈动脉硬化不稳定斑块及可溶性黏附分子水平的升高密切相关。
