Progress of the assessment of cardiac function by three dimensional speckle-tracking echocardiography

  • 三维超声斑点追踪技术(3D-STE)是一项评估心肌功能的新技术。除左室射血分数外,3D-STE还能评价各种心肌功能,包括收缩和舒张功能,旋转和扭转及同步运动等,期可靠性和重复性已通过大量的临床研究得到验证。研究表明,3D-STE优于2D-STE,且3D-STE还增加了新的应变检测指标,能够更准确地检测左室整体和局部心肌功能。现将近年3D-STE在心脏功能方面的研究进展及局限性综述如下。
