The experience of seting coronary sinus catheter through peripheral vein

摘要: 目的:总结及探讨经外周静脉途径放置冠状窦电极的方法及特点。方法:回顾性分析经股静脉(98例)及经贵要静脉(12例)途径放置冠状窦电极的操作特点、成功率及并发症等资料。结果:经两种方法成功放置的病例均无并发症发生。结论:经外周静脉途径放置冠状窦电极是可行的,可避免中心静脉穿刺的并发症。Abstract: Objective:To summarize the methods and features of setting coronary sinus catheter through peripheral vein.Method:Ninety-eight patients with coronary sinus catheter implantation through femoral vein and twelve with basilic vein were included and analyzed retrospectively.Result:There was no complication happened in patients with successful setting in both methods.Conclusion:It is feasible to posit coronary sinus catheter through peripheral vein,avoiding complications caused by venipuncture.
