  • 内皮祖细胞(EPCs)对受损血管的修复和新血管的形成至关重要。机体缺血或血管损伤时,EPCs可直接分化为成熟的内皮细胞(ECs)或分泌多种细胞因子促进血管的修复和新生。心血管疾病(CVD)的发生与体内EPCs的数量和功能密切相关,有建议认为可将其作为CVD的临床生物标志物。然而,目前关于EPCs的定义及其鉴定方法尚未标准化,因此关于将其作为CVD标志物值得探讨。
