Abstract: The clinical manifestation was acute chest pain with hemodynamic instability.Emergency ECG showed ST segment depression extensively except for avR lead.Emergency coronary angiography demonstrated severe bilateral coronary oatial stenosis but atherosclerotic plaque was not seen in coronary artery.Blood examination:Syphilis serology positive. -
