Advance in magnetically levitated centrifugal continuous-flow cardiac pump

  • 连续流式左心室辅助装置可改善终末期心力衰竭患者的存活、功能状态和生活质量,但也伴随着出血、感染、神经系统并发症和主要由泵血栓所致泵故障风险的增加,极大限制了设备的适用性和持久性。第3代左心室辅助装置的新成员——离心式磁悬浮连续流式心脏泵的开发和使用,不仅可进一步提高心力衰竭患者的存活率和生活质量,还可明显避免泵血栓及其他血液相容性不良事件。本文旨在对新型离心式磁悬浮心脏泵的临床进展及面临的挑战予以综述。
