  • 瞬时感受器电位离子通道香草素受体4(TRPV4)属于瞬时感受器电位离子通道家族中的一员,是一种非选择性阳离子通道,对钙离子具有适中通透性,其广泛分布在多种组织及器官中。近几年来,越来越多的研究表明,TRPV4与心脏、肺、胰腺、肾、肝、皮肤等多种组织及器官的纤维化发展进程关系密切,提示TRPV4可能成为抗纤维化治疗的潜在新靶点。本研究主要对TRPV4与纤维化关系的有关文献进行分析,归纳总结TRPV4与纤维化之间确切的信号通路及可能的潜在机制。同时也进一步讨论TRPV4作为抗纤维化治疗新靶点的潜力。
