  • 冠状动脉钙化(CAC)是冠状动脉粥样硬化及斑块负荷的标志之一,也是动脉粥样硬化的必然结果,严重的CAC会增加经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的并发症。了解CAC的病理生理机制并准确评估CAC能更好地指导诊疗,优化CAC介入治疗策略。
