  • 载脂蛋白A5作为载脂蛋白家族的新成员,对血浆甘油三酯调节显著,其功能的缺失或障碍在动脉粥样硬化进程中发挥着不可忽视的作用,载脂蛋白A5基因的多态性在不同种族和地区对动脉粥样硬化性心脑血管疾病的影响存在差异。本文就载脂蛋白A5的结构、功能、机制以及近几年来有中国人群特异性的基因变异作一综述。
