摘要: 甲基苯丙胺是继大麻后世界范围内滥用最为严重的毒品,急性中毒可导致心动过速、急性高血压、心肌缺血、急性心力衰竭甚至猝死,慢性中毒可导致高血压、冠心病、主动脉夹层、肺动脉高压、心肌病、血栓等。心血管并发症现已成为甲基苯丙胺滥用者死亡的第二大原因。本文就甲基苯丙胺所致心血管疾病、作用机制、检测手段和治疗方法进行综述,以期为戒毒所和医务工作者防治甲基苯丙胺相关心血管疾病提供新思路。Abstract: Methamphetamine is the most serious drug abuse in the world after marijuana. Acute methamphetamine poisoning can lead to tachycardia, acute hypertension, myocardial ischemia, acute heart failure, and even sudden death. Chronic methamphetamine poisoning can lead to hypertension, coronary heart disease, aortic dissection, pulmonary hypertension, cardiomyopathy, thrombosis and so on. Cardiovascular complications have become the second leading cause of death in methamphetamine abusers. This article reviews the cardiovascular diseases, action mechanism, detection methods, and treatment methods caused by methamphetamine, so as to provide new ideas for drug rehabilitation centers and medical workers in the prevention and treatment of methamphetamine-related cardiovascular diseases.
