Research progress of methamphetamine-related cardiovascular diseases

  • 甲基苯丙胺是继大麻后世界范围内滥用最为严重的毒品,急性中毒可导致心动过速、急性高血压、心肌缺血、急性心力衰竭甚至猝死,慢性中毒可导致高血压、冠心病、主动脉夹层、肺动脉高压、心肌病、血栓等。心血管并发症现已成为甲基苯丙胺滥用者死亡的第二大原因。本文就甲基苯丙胺所致心血管疾病、作用机制、检测手段和治疗方法进行综述,以期为戒毒所和医务工作者防治甲基苯丙胺相关心血管疾病提供新思路。
