Correlation between body mass index and ankle-brachial index in the general adult population

  • 目的:研究成年健康人群BMI与踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)的相关性。方法:纳入2009年12月—2010年5月在江苏高邮随机招募的4353例社区居民。采用经过验证的全自动VP-1000PWV/ABI分析仪无创测量ABI。根据人群BMI分为低体重组(BMI<18.5 kg/m2)、正常体重组(18.5 kg/m2≤BMI<24 kg/m2)、超重组(24 kg/m2≤BMI<28 kg/m2)和肥胖组(BMI≥28 kg/m2)。采用单因素、多因素线性回归分析和限制性立方样条函数研究BMI与ABI的相关性。结果:ABI在低体重组为1.04±0.08,正常体重组为1.09±0.08,超重组为1.11±0.08,肥胖组为1.11±0.08。多因素线性回归模型显示,以正常体重为参照,在低体重组、超重组、肥胖组中,BMI与ABI呈正相关(β分别为-0.039、0.013、0.017,均P<0.001)。限制性立方样条函数显示,BMI与ABI呈非线性相关(P<0.001)。结论:BMI与ABI呈非线性正相关。
