内镜取大隐静脉与不接触技术应用于冠状动脉旁路移植术近期效果对比

Short-term outcomes between endoscopic removal of the greater saphenous vein and no-touch technology applied to coronary artery bypass grafting surgery

  • 目的:比较内镜取大隐静脉与不接触技术应用于冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)近期效果。方法:选取2017年6月—2020年5月因冠心病在我院行CABG的患者77例,按照手术方式分为内镜组(46例)与不接触组(31例)。比较分析两组患者的围手术期资料等情况。结果:内镜组术后切口疼痛、麻木等并发症发生率明显小于不接触组,差异有统计学意义(29.03%∶10.87%,P<0.05)。两组在术后住院时间、呼吸机使用时间及重症监护时间方面均差异无统计学意义。两组均未出现死亡。结论:内镜辅助下获取大隐静脉具有创伤小、术后下肢并发症发生率低等优点,且不增加术后住院时间、呼吸机使用时间和重症监护时间。
