Applications of enhanced recovery after surgery in cardiovascular surgery

  • 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)旨在通过一系列多模式、跨学科围手术期治疗方案优化治疗模式,促进患者康复,已在多个外科领域取得显著成绩。鉴于心脏大血管外科的特殊性,ERAS在心脏大血管外科的研究仍处于起步阶段,但心脏大血管外科开展ERAS是一大发展趋势,这一前沿理念值得进一步推广和探索。
