摘要: 在心脏植入器械工程学长足发展的推动下,心脏起搏领域出现了诸多令人振奋的成果。起搏疗法持续优化,由原来只要保证心脏跳动,到追求生理性双心室同步,在心律失常、猝死和心力衰竭领域都有重要作用。未来起搏器的使用范围将逐渐扩大,对技术的要求也日趋完善。起搏器作为高技术含量电子植入设备,将受到更多的关注和认识。Abstract: Many exciting results have appeared in the field of cardiac pacing by the rapid development of cardiac implant device engineering. From heart rhythm maintenance to physiological biventricular synchronization, the pacing therapy continues to be optimized. It plays an important role in the fields of arrhythmia, sudden death and heart failure. In the future, the scope of use of pacemakers will gradually expand, and the requirements for technology will become perfect. As a high-tech electronic implant device, pacemakers will receive more attention of the researcher.
