Emergency treatment of acute inferior wall myocardial infarction at three months after kidney transplantation: one case report

摘要: 本文报道1例肾移植术后3个月突发急性下壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的患者。患者因“发作性胸闷胸痛1周，再发加重4 h”入院，经急诊经皮冠脉介入治疗及个体化药物治疗，5 d后病情稳定出院。Abstract: This article reported that the case suffered from acute inferior wall ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and underwent emergency percutaneous coronary intervention at 3 months after kidney transplantation. The patient had episodic chest tightness and chest pain for 1 week and was admitted to the hospital. When the chest pain worsened again during the observation period, the emergency percutaneous coronary intervention was performed. After individualized drug treatment, the patient was discharged in stable condition 5 days after operation.
