摘要: 本文报道1例在ECMO辅助下的急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层致心源性休克伴主动脉缩窄的患者，对其同期进行了复合外科手术，最终成功挽救了患者生命。

Abstract: This article reports a patient treated by operation and ECMO in cardiogenic shock and aortic coarctation with acute Stanford A aortic dissection, and we performed a compound surgical procedure at the same time, which ultimately saved the patient's life.
