Research progress in prediction and prevention of atrial fibrillation after coronary artery bypass grafting

  • 心房颤动是冠状动脉旁路移植术后常见并发症,不仅会影响患者的心功能,导致循环不稳定、心肌缺血、脑卒中等,还可使患者ICU停留时间、住院时间延长,医疗费用、主动脉内球囊反搏(intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation,IABP)辅助需求增加,甚至导致死亡。本文通过回顾冠状动脉旁路移植术后新发心房颤动的最新预测和预防研究进展,对相关临床预测因子、预测模型和预防策略进行综述,总结围术期预防和管理策略,为冠状动脉旁路移植术后心房颤动的预测和预防提供参考。
