Research process on transcatheter mitral valve replacement

  • 尽管传统外科手术对二尖瓣疾病的治疗已非常成熟,但手术创伤较大、体外循环以及术中心肌缺血再灌注损伤等因素导致高龄高风险患者无法耐受。近年来,经导管二尖瓣置换术(transcatheter mitral valve replacement,TMVR)的积极发展让这类患者迎来曙光。TMVR通过微创介入途径即可完成手术治疗。目前,已有多种二尖瓣介入瓣膜进入大范围临床试验阶段,相关研究的初期结果良好,瓣膜安全性和有效性相对乐观,但TMVR仍面临诸多困难和挑战。本文就TMVR的研究进展和应用现状进行综述。
