  • 近年来,随着结构性心脏病介入治疗技术的不断创新及临床应用的不断扩展,超声心动图影像,特别是术中经食管超声心动图的实时引导与监测,具有十分重要的价值。超声心动图领域产生了一个对知识构架与临床技能有更高要求的新的亚专业,即介入超声心动图。针对结构性心脏病的不同病种、不同手术操作步骤、不同介入治疗器械以及不同临床应用场景,介入超声心动图对从业者有更高的技术与岗位胜任力要求。本文将简述介入超声心动图的起源与发展、介绍培训考核内容与基本技能要求,并展望未来发展趋势。
