Myocardial bridge: a congenital coronary artery abnormality

  • 心肌桥是冠状动脉的一种先天性解剖学改变,被认为是良性病变,但是越来越多的研究发现心肌桥会引起冠状动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血甚至猝死。目前对于心肌桥的诊断依靠影像学方法。本文基于国内外对于心肌桥的研究结果,对心肌桥的流行病学、病理生理学、分级和分型、临床症状、诊断与评估、治疗管理与展望进行综述。
