摘要

摘要: 促红细胞生成素(EPO)是细胞因子超家族成员之一,对发生疾病的心脏发挥重要的保护作用。大量动物实验证实,EPO可以发挥抗细胞凋亡、抗氧化、抗炎及促进血管再生等作用,减小梗死面积、减轻左室重构,并改善心功能。

Abstract: Erythropoietin(EPO) which belongs to cytokine superfamily,plays an important role in protecting diseased heart.Large number of animal experiments confirmed that EPO could against apoptosis,antioxidant,inflammation and promote blood vessel regeneration,reduce infarct size and left ventricular remodeling,thus improve cardiac function.
